Southwick Master Plan committee outlines objectives to implement 2040 vision

SOUTHWICK — After months of public hearings and meetings, the town's Master Plan Advisory Committee has now developed specific objectives it will be seeking to implement as the town continues progressing through 2040.

The MPAC met on June 1 to hear a presentation by Ken Comia, a deputy director of the Pioneer Valley Planning Commission.

Comia presented the work the MPAC completed over the last 18 months that outlined the objectives based on a survey conducted earlier this year and using demographic and employment data projected through the end of 2040.
